  1. Well done Mary, finally shook up the edges. Now get stuck in tell the centres the same thing will happen. I hope the JDB saga is dead in the water now and the team can get on with the games at hand.

  2. Matt Dufty has been one of the dragons best players all season. He’s still really really young and promising don’t see what good it’ll do dropping him. Zac Lomax has always been a centre so I don’t see why moving him there is a solution either. Tim Lafai is overpaid for starters and is the back that should leave IMO.

  3. Roosters need some big hard running destructive big bodied forwards in the mould of Lindsay Collins and Poasa Faamausili coming off the bench, otherwise the team like last week gets dominated in the forwards. 💪🤣👉——🐓🐓🐓🐓

  4. I heard a whisper that Turbo and Cherry might make an appearance this weekend, but I’m glad they’re having another week off.
The team atm are going ok.

  5. About time Mary wielded the axe. I hope Lomax is good under the high ball. I would have been tempted to pick Kerr instead of Host – the bench might lack a bit of size. Also, Leilua must be close to a start, we lack creativity in the forwards.

  6. Blake Ferguson moved from wing to centre????
    What’s the go there?
There is no one safer under the high ball and his kick returns last year were the best ever.
    What’s this coach doing?

  7. Not his best position, Robo played him in the centres for a few games but he was found out continually in defence.👎👀🖐

  8. Wow, awesome find Pedro. This guy is a beast with footwork and ball skills, Dragons sign him ASAP. Imagine if Leilua and this guy were running amok.

  9. BA is a tactical genius.
Move our best winger to centre and play the same guys who have been humiliated 2 weeks in a row.
How the hell our board thought it was a great idea to give this clown another two years is beyond me.
    Panthers will win this one.

  10. swa9amuff1n, there’s a couple of issues with Dufty. Firstly coming through the juniors ( Matt’s, Ball etc ) he was playing as a half and Hornby thought he was a fb so really he has only been playing there for a few years. You’ll notice in games that he seems to get found out close to the line away from the posts etc and Pearce exploited that perfectly within the first 4 mins the other day. Unfortunately this occurs too often and seems to have happened many times already this season.

Also a good fullback sniffs around the ruck and with his speed would have alarm bells ringing constantly but again each week you’ll see Vaughan, Sims or Leilua at the line looking to pop a pass but no one is there…. Field did it vs warriors the other week and burned RTS easily.

Personally I don’t have an issue with Lafai, sometimes he goes a little over board with the offload but defensively is very strong and when he is on can match it with plenty of others.

  11. Yeah, even I’ve got to admit I’m stratching my head this week.
Fergo is a MUST on a wing, especially for us at the moment.
Mannah has been at his best coming off the bench. That’s his spot.
Taka’s (hybrid bench utility / extra forward) is O.K, but if you’re going to do that then run someone younger/bigger than Gower as the 4th bench forward.
It doesn’t make sense to me, and I could also argue (unless Fergo asked to play at centre, thinking that may be his best chance to make origin) is this anyway to look after our gun signing?
All that said, I think one of the biggest concerns I have as a Parra supporter is the inclusion of Luai into the Panthers squad. We’ve been slow/lazy/careless in defence and I think this kid, especially if Cleary is on song, could bust us wide open. I hope not, but he’d be my “player to watch”.

  12. Sign him up now, we’ve got nothing to lose. I seem to remember that there was a similar highlights reel about a Saints lower grader a couple of years ago but can’t remember who. There’s a big difference between reggies and firsts but he sure looks good. Thanks for posting.

  13. The most expensive part of Guthos contract was not the money, but that he forced Parra to re sign Brad Arthur.
