Today, we move into the rival camp and name 10 Queensland players who will likely miss out on selection.
5. Kurt Capewell
This one may come as a shock but prior to his injury Capewell was moving toward a rep jumper. He has been named in extended squads for Queensland previously and has become a real weapon in a utility role. He could very easily snag a role on the bench as a second rower or utility but a long-term injury has put paid to that right now. He can return will time to stake a claim however he starts behind the eight ball.
I think Lowe makes it on the bench, and Grant May get a run in game 3 if it’s all over.
