It's easy to forget there even was a footy season given all of the off-field craziness over the past month-or-so.
2018 was a season full of highlights on and off the field. We take a look at 10 of the very best moments.
These are meant to be fun and are a personal view. There will be plenty of highlights that have missed the cut but without going back and re-watching every game, the below stick out for me.

3. NRLW kicks off
I was very vocal that I think the NRL got this wrong by announcing only four teams but few can deny the success of the NRLW season.
The Broncos ultimately beat the Roosters in the Grand Final in a season that will be remembered.
The competition will grow to six teams (Sharks and Bunnies) sooner rather than later and will be even bigger.
My daughter sat wide-eyed watching the Dragons/Roosters game and I'm sure she was far from the only young girl inspired by these new heroes.
