South Sydney have re-signed Junior Tatola and Ethan Lowe until the end of the 2021 season.

Lowe made his debut in 2013 and was part of North Queensland's 2015 premiership team.

The 28-year-old crossed to Souths at the start of the season and is on the radar of Queensland State of Origin selectors.

Lowe said he is delighted to extend his stay at the Rabbitohs.

“I’m very happy to be re-signing with Souths. Everyone made me feel like part of the family here when I first came down and I’ve really appreciated it, so I couldn’t be happier to know I’ll be here for at least the next couple of years,” Lowe told Souths Media.

“I’ve really been enjoying my footy here and enjoying being around this team so it was an easy decision to stay.

Tatola said he was grateful for the opportunity awarded to him by the Rabbitohs and hopes to repay their faith.

“I’m really happy to be extending my time here at Souths. I love this Club,” Tatola said.

“This Club gave me my opportunity in the NRL, an opportunity I’m really grateful for, and I want to repay the faith they have shown in me over the past couple of seasons.

“I love playing for the Members as well. They are so passionate and very vocal at games. They are always behind us and I can’t wait to play for them in the years to come.”

South Sydney will face the Wests Tigers on Thursday night.

  1. Theres some good news for ya Mr, Crower. At least those pesky current world champion & current premiers cant sign them.

  2. 2 great signings by 7 time premiership coach Bennett who exposed Bennett wannabe Robinson as the lightweight we witnessed the coaching lesson he gave him in R1.

  3. Greatest try as picked by the shadows.
    Give us a break stupid.
If you have a spare 5 hrs can show 200 tries by Souths leave that rubbish to shame LOL

  4. This is the reason Souths have only made the finals 6 times in the nrl and have only won 1 premiership in 48 years.
