South Sydney superstar Latrell Mitchell's name has been added to the list of names ready to test the market come November 1st.
Reports have indicated Souths are willing to take a "wait and see" plan of action with their star attraction.
I believe they expect Latrell to re-sign with the club regardless of who he speaks to.
We've seen stranger moves in rugby league though recently. No one expected Payne Haas to leave the Broncos, ironically for the Bunnies of South Sydney.
The two new clubs have sent shockwaves through the NRL player market to the point players would be doing themselves a huge disservice to not test the waters.
Obviously Latrell Mitchell would be in hot demand and has already been linked with multiple clubs.

3. Perth Bears
Perth need a big signing more than any other side in the competition, new or old!
The Bears can offer something that most sides on here can't, the fullback spot.
In my opinion, Latrell's days at fullback are over but if that is what it takes, get the job done!
Either way, the Bears need to be in this race with everything they have and then some. This could change the trajectory of the club.
Latrell Mitchell is a megastar in Sydney. He's a megastar everyone to be honest but his best bet of escaping the regular limelight is in Perth.
That isn't a huge light to shine when it comes to being a selling point but Trell 100% seems like a bloke who wouldn't mind not being recognised.
Perth should walk, blank cheque in hand, to Latrell's manager the second they're able.
It's a tough sell, and a long way from home, but a two year stint is something I can absolutely see.
