  1. Still a strong team from the dragons, good depth in the forwards. Too bad Jai Field didn’t get a run.

  2. Dont quite agree with you there Daff.. Think the Drags are short of a front rower and faster backrower. Ah Mau, Latimore & Graham get beaten easy out of marker etc as do not move fast laterally and now that Wrestlemania is allowed back in the ruck Melb will win that area and will defend to stifle any Dragons backline plays. The young backrowers have still not had enough experience regarding 2nd efforts and covering for someone else in times of defence breakdowns.
I can not understand for the life of me why McGregor is carrying an old winger on the bench just out of loyalty. You just dont do that to your bench. He is either good enough for a wing or plays in reserves.
Jai Field if he does miss out (not so sure yet) can blame his defence if you have watched most of their ISP games.
In saying all that hope Dragons by 2.

    • Nightingale has to be the worst choice for bench player I’ve ever seen. He was dropped for a reason and he adds ZERO impact from the bench. He’s only doing it out of loyalty for Florence and for his past record. We need someone like a Dufty type player on the bench and Jai Field would be worth a shot.

  3. Will be good to see the dragons young forwards have a go tonight, especially Leilua and Host.
