Parramatta winger Maika Sivo is facing a one-game suspension for his high tackle on Storm's Jahrome Hughes, which was graded careless.

Sivo can accept a one-match ban with an early guilty plea, which would rule him out of the Eels' matchup with the Cowboys on Saturday.

An unsuccessful challenge would see the ban upped to two games, meaning he would also miss the round 11 game against the Panthers.

Meanwhile, Rooster Jared Waerea-Hargreaves and Rabbitoh Junior Tatola can avoid suspensions for their respective dangerous contact and careless high tackle charges with early guilty pleas.

  1. I think he has been taking tackling lessons off of Michael Jennings while at Parramatta.
Did his stiff arm come up off of the ball two weeks in a row Kev/ 2041?
One week suspension for breaking Norman’s eye socket the week before. Then another stiff arm a week later.
He has gotten away with it. Soft penalties for him & his high hitting buddy Jennings.
