Cronulla twins Ronaldo and Lorenzo Mulitalo have have both signed new deals with the club.

Ronaldo has shunned rival offers to sign a two-year extension, with his career games tally sitting on four games. The outside back has been revelation since returning to the side against the Warriors in round 18.

Brother Lornezo has shown great potential through Cronulla under-20’s Jersey Flegg team and has signed a contract for the 2020 pre-season.

Ronaldo was thrilled to recommit his future to the club.

“I’m excited, it’s a good time to be around the club,” Ronaldo told the club website.

“I’m getting comfortable in my role, I try to bring energy to the team and I felt this is where I needed to be.”

The prospect of playing next to his brother was one Ronaldo described as a "good feeling".

“We get to live out our dreams, I think he’s inspired me as much as I inspire him.

“It’s a good feeling right now. It will be good to be around my brother and to rip in with the boys,.

“It’s good seeing him (Ronaldo) set the path, watching him play in the big leagues and he gives me the motivation to be up there as well.”

The duo both turn 20 years old in November.
