English Super League team Hull FC are keen to lure New Zealand Warriors prop Ligi Sao for next season, reports hulldailymail.co.uk.
The 26-year-old is set to come out of contract at the end of this season and the English club is believed to working hard to get him across.
It is understood that a number of English teams are interested in the Samoan international, but Hull FC are currently the front runner.
Sao has played just four games for the Warriors this season and faces an uncertain future at the club.
He has totalled 21 NRL appearances, joining New Zealand in 2016 after three seasons at Manly.
Hull City have several players that are approaching the end of their current deals and are reportedly keen to make some new signings for 2020.
