State of play
The Dragons major rebuild will continue in to the 2028 season, with the club likely to not offer new deals for the likes of Clint Gutherson, Valentine Holmes, Moses Suli and Kyle Flanagan among others.
Their six new signings, and six re-signings, for 2027, leave the club now looking for outside backs, and it's understood they are red-hot favourites to land Jack Bostock from the Dolphins.
They have also been linked to Matt Burton in a move that potentially wouldn't make much sense given his desire to play five-eighth and the arrival of Kodi Nikorima in Wollongong.
The club also need a back-up dummy half and have identified Samuel Healey as the man to do that as he prepares to leave the Warriors.
