Two high-profile New Zealand rugby league players will come under scrutiny from both the NRL and their clubs after allegedly being caught buying cocaine following the Anzac Test last night.

ABC.net.au is reporting that Kiwis captain Jesse Bromwich and teammate Kevin Proctor were both named in court this morning following the arrest of Canberra man Adrian Mark Crowther.

Police allegedly observed Crowther on CCTV supplying two men with a white powder which they both consumed.

While both players were named in court, neither has been charged with an offence.

Bromwich and Proctor will now face scrutiny from both the NRL and their respective clubs over the incident.

Parramatta Eels five-eighth Corey Norman was suspended by the NRL last season for the last eight matches of the season after being convicted of drug possession.
