Brisbane front-rowers Matthew Lodge and Tevita Pangai Jnr are in discussions with the club on contract extension, according to reports.

Using some of the space freed up by Kodi Nikorima’s Broncos exit, they’re hoping to retain both Lodge and Pangai Jnr. on three-year deals.

There were reports that Lodge, who was from Sydney, was homesick but the 23-year-old denied them:

“I don’t know what the club wants to do, but I love playing here. It’s the best club I’ve played at in my career,” Lodge said.

“I don’t know where (the homesick reports) came from.”

The Tongan international Pangai Jnr. will likely receive attention from cashed-up Sydney clubs including the Roosters.

“It won’t be about money, it never has been. It will be where I can play my best footy and where I enjoy my footy,” Pangai Jnr. said.

  1. Quoting Pangai Juniors own words…………….“It won’t be about money, it never has been. It will be where I can play my best footy and where I enjoy my footy,” Pangai Jnr. said.

That will not be Brisbane, Siebold’s showing that he was a one season wonder. So in my opinion it will be either Bennett, Robinson or Bellamy that gets his services. If he wants a crack at premierships and play rep footy because of the success of the teams quality, then it will be between the Roosters and Storm, however with the “TRANSIT LOUNGE” SOUFFFFFFFFFFS rabbit with money to burn with Burgess, Sutton and half of their dud off season signings this year getting the “Transit Lounge FLICK” Money will play a part in securing his signature at souffffffffffs. and when the big bucks come out from the rabbit, Pangai will crumble and take the carrot💪🐔👎 . . . . . .🥄🐇🥕

  2. Don’t forget to listen to Johns hopeless commentary tonight on Nine. When Copley scored, Johns as per usual said that the ball touched the Cronulla player which would rule no try, but just as he said it the bunker ruled a try and that the ball did not touch a Cronulla player. As the bunker cleared the play Johns said about his usual dumb incorrect commentary “did I just say that”🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣👎

I would love to know who interviews dummies to get a commentary job.❓❔❓❔❔❓ Fairdinkum he gets hardly anything correct.

  3. Shows how bad broncos are going if these 2 are classified as “stars”
Tpj has 4/5 good games a year and we’ll lodge. Well he shouldn’t even be allowed to be playing and when he does play he is useless anyway.
    Ofahengue is way better
