Luke Keary has revealed his next contract could be another one-season-only commitment as South Sydney try to retain all three of their playmakers.

Keary and Cody Walker, paired while halfback Adam Reynolds recovers from a broken jaw, are off contract at the end of the year. The Rabbitohs would ideally like to keep the trio, providing the club with depth and competition for playmaking spots.

Whether they are able to do so remains to be seen, given each wants to be a starting half when all are fit and available for selection.

Keary and Walker were solid in a gritty win against Manly on Thursday night, the latter scoring the try that proved the difference at Brookvale Oval.
