during the round 24 NRL match between the Parramatta Eels and the Gold Coast Titans at ANZ Stadium on August 17, 2017 in Sydney, Australia.

Ha! Ha! Ha!

Stop the contest, it's over. Award the $10,000 prize money.

Last night, we saw the funniest moment we will see this year, on Channel 9 around 9:10pm.

Oh wait ... Checking the TV guide from last night, Australia's Funniest home video show wasn't on.

It says that the NRL was on. The billion dollar business with the multi-million dollar NRL bunker?

Could have fooled me.

Last night's decision to allow Semi Radradra's 'try' against the Titans to stand would be absolutely hilarious if it wasn't so infuriating.

How these garbage decisions can keep being handed down despite literally everyone else in the world seeing something completely different, is beyond belief.

Thankfully the Titans were approximately .01 percent chance of winning that game when the gaffe was made, but the fact remains, the decision was an absolute farce and ended any slim chance the Gold Coast side did have.

For those who saw the footage, the only argument on social media seems to be whether there was two knock ons in the play, or three.

I switched between the two television broadcasts and it was unanimous; it was never a try, it was an obvious knock on.

The radio callers were equally bemused.

Parra fans were laughing online, some couldn't believe their luck.

Titans fans simply rolled their eyes, more frustrated at the fact their supposed superstar halves turned in yet another shocker amid a horror week or the club. If only Jarryd had been fit ...

I fully expect Tony Archer to have come out to either give lip service in saying the decision was correct, despite knowing it was not, or having said it was an error, by the time you read this.

How many times has Archer come out and made statements, only for the exact same horror decision to be made a matter of weeks later?

Mark your calendars - Thursday 17th August. The clock is officially on until the next referee clanger. The way we're going, it could happen in tonight's fixture.

NRL fans are frustrated and have every right to be.

That exact same replay will be seen again this season, and the no try verdict will correctly be handed down.

Without opening the can of worms, how many interpretations of the obstruction rule have we seen in 2017?

Manly fans will be screaming murder after their appeals were turned down last weekend in the closing minutes of their loss to the Tigers.

For mine, it was a dead set try (ignoring the forward pass) but I've seen them not awarded. Probably happened three times in the last round, but the horror decisions are blending in.

How much money was spent on this bunker thing?

My television is a fair size, certainly not worth a million dollars, but I could see it was CLEARLY a knock on.

So could literally everyone else on social media last night.

I did some research, expecting the person behind the decision last night to be an unpaid intern who perhaps pressed the incorrect button.

Senior official Luke Pattern.

Dear oh dear.

Unrelated but the only time during the broadcast that I stopped laughing was the second the Footy Show started.

A horrible night for Rugby League.
