State of play
The Tigers have already been naturally linked to Sam Walker, and more players could follow - they have 11 spots left for 2028, and outside of Latu Fainu and Fonua Pole, they may be content to let the entire group go.
Tyson Frizell will almost certainly retire, while Kurt Mann could be retained for an extra year if he wants to play on from an experience point of view.
A dismal fade out in 2026 means the Tigers want more in the way of change though, and so it would be a surprise if they don't have a big crack at a handful of players.
Despite already having 19 players signed, their salary cap is not stretched, with a number of those players younger, and Jarome Luai departing at the end of 2026.
