Parramatta Eels forward Kenny Edwards will face court next week after a recent traffic incident.

The 28-year-old will appear in Fairfield District Court this coming Tuesday but the club reports they have only just been made aware of the situation.

The NRL Integrity Unit has been informed and the club won't make any further comment until after the court appearance.

The Parramatta National Rugby League Club (PNRL) announced today that Kenny Edwards has been asked to appear in Fairfield District Court this Tuesday regarding a traffic incident earlier this month.

The Club was only made aware of the incident and the pending court matter last Friday evening and has alerted the NRL Integrity Unit.

The Club will make no further comment until after Tuesday’s court appearance and once our Club’s internal investigation regarding the circumstances of the incident is completed.
