Melbourne Storm lock forward Dale Finucane will be sidelined for at least the next month.

Finucane suffered a fractured right thumb in the first half of Friday night’s clash against Cronulla.

Scans on Monday confirmed the injury with Finucane ruled out for the next 4-6 weeks.

Finucane has missed only one game for Melbourne club since joining them in 2015.

Head coach Craig Bellamy will name his replacement on Tuesday with the Storm playing the Wests Tigers in Round 5..
