The Broncos have made James Segeyaro’s signing official, who is set to train with the club for the first time today.

The hooker has been brought in as back-up to both Andrew McCullough and Jake Turpin.

McCullough is currently on the injury list with a medial ligament problem that is set to keep him out for another month.

“I am really looking forward to being part of the Broncos’ club,” Segeyaro told¬†broncos.com.au.¬†

“The Broncos are a proud club and I am focused on working hard now to gain an opportunity.

“I can’t wait to get out there on the training field with my new teammates.”

The 28-year-old has played 141 NRL games for the Sharks, Panthers and Cowboys and represented Papua New Guinea on five occasions.
