Manly youngster Corey Waddell is facing a possible three-match ban for his strike on Penrith's Liam Martin in the 30th minute of their clash on Thursday night.
The rookie will receive a two-match ban if he pleads guilty to the grade-one striking offence, but could miss three matches if he unsuccessfully challenges the ban at the judiciary.
In other news, Panther Tyrell Fuimaono was hit with a grade-one careless high tackle on Curtis Sironen, and is looking at a fine between $1150-$1500.

There was nothing wrong with the throw to the ground tackle Martin did on Waddell. It wasn’t dangerous & he landed flat on the ground. It didn’t warrant a penalty being given against Martin either. Mitchell does similar tackles all the time & is never penalised for them.
So Waddell getting up going for a bit of a headbutt hit , was over the top.
It was a kiss
Good tackle. What’s the issue? The Liverpool kiss was nice. Real footy.
