With the 2022 NRL finals series underway, we are set for four phenomenal matchups between this year's premiership contenders.
These eight clubs share some serious finals history, so much so that this year's qualifying and elimination finals feel like a miniature rivalry round.
3. Cronulla Sharks (2nd) vs North Queensland Cowboys (3rd)
The Cowboys and the Sharks were the last two clubs to achieve a maiden premiership, with North Queensland winning their first in 2015, and Cronulla checking theirs off the following season.
Along the way though, both clubs have built up a healthy finals feud going tit for tat, year on year.

2013 Elimination Final - The first finals encounter between the two sides was a close and controversial affair which saw the Cowboys leave town after losing 20-18 at Allianz Stadium.
The controversy came from an officiating error that saw Cronulla play though a seven-tackle set that led to a try.
2015 Semi Final - After losing to their eventual Grand Final opponents the Bronocos in the opening week of the 2015 finals series, the Cowboys had to return home and beat the a Sharks side that had pipped them twice during the regular season to keep the dream alive.
And they went about it in some fashion winning 39-0 at 1300SMILES Stadium with Michael Morgan scoring a double.
2016 Preliminary Final - The Sharks hosted a battleworn Cowboys outfit at Allianz Statium in Week 3 of the 2016 series on their way towards premiership status.
Cronulla won 32-20 under the steady hand of current Cowboys' co-captain, Chad Townsend and James Maloney who scored 20 of the Sharks' 32 points.
2017 Elimination Final - After limping into finals contention the Cowboys came up against Cronulla for a third time running in a sudden death eliminator.
In a match that stretched the full 90 minutes of extra time, the Cowboys began their fairytale finals run thanks to a Michael Morgan field goal winning 15-14 at Allianz Stadium.
