Canberra Raiders forward Iosia Soliola has appeared before the NRL judiciary following his charge by the NRL Match Review Committee.

Billy Slater was left unconscious after a late head high hit by Solioa during the Raiders Round 20 match against the Storm.

Soliola pleaded guilty at the panel, with the hearing lasting over two hours.

The NRL prosecutor asked for a six-week suspension (600 Points), with Soliola’s defence asking for 360 points to take loading into consideration.

Soliola has been suspended for five matches following his late hit on Billy Slater.

The suspension will see him handed 540 demerit points.
