The side will be captained by Angus Crichton, who is making his first appearance in a Sydney Roosters jersey.

The Community Cup clash will be played at Central Coast Stadium.

  3. It’ll be good to see some of these guys given a chance, particularly with the heavy Origin toll we could face mid-season. The little Lambs in our halves will have a point to prove, both wanting to be the man to fill the gap when Keary gets picked for NSW. We could be absolutely smacked though if Manly take this all seriously.

  4. I believe you guys have what no other teams in the past who have failed to go back to back had and that is depth. I mean Lamb, Lam and Hutchison as your back up halves is probably up there in the Comp as best depth in halves. Curran has Cordner clone written all over him, Butcher and Collins won’t let anyone down when it Origin time comes with also good young forwards in Faamausili, Tupouniua and Hala. Ryan Hall when he returns will most likely be running around in reserve grade for Christ sake and he’s an international winger!!! Geordie Brand is a forward I’m excited about in your Flegg squad, biggest motor and let’s no one down. Possible line up come origin time and it looks good imo.
