Former Sea Eagles premiership player Kieran Foran is having a tough time at the Bulldogs and the Canterbury-based side are looking to cut the half according to reports.

Foran has only played 10 games in season 2019 and his best football appears to be behind him despite his pay pocket of well over $1million.

Nine News has reported the Bulldogs are keen to move the player along as they edge closer to a sixth wooden spoon.

Foran has no plans to leave the club and is optimistic he will prove his worth when he strings a full pre-season and continuous games without injury together.

Yet the Bulldogs are once again having salary cap troubles and now with both Morris brothers and Aaron Woods gone, it could be a total rebuild at Belmore.

Foran is just shy of his 200th NRL game and hasn't played in July thus far. It will be interesting to see what the Bulldogs do with suggestions they will even help pay a percentage of his wages for him to leave.

There are many potential suitors for the NZ representative. Where would you like to see him play his football in 2020?

He is playing decent footy when he;’s on the park.

Can Dean go with him as a bundle pack?

  2. there is no way he is even worth over 1m , with his performance over the last 4 – 5 years , it’s like Reynolds he on 800k at tigers who tf would pay that for him , you right doganator when he on the field he allgood , but i think it’s time to retire his injuries are to consistent , he needs to find another off field role , i know he only coming up on 30 but damn , him an dugan are those kind of players who just can’t shake of getting hurt or sore

  3. If we take your thoughts

Why don’t the dogs MEDICALLY retire him (like Inglis) give him a halves coaching job for 400k so to speak and have 800k fee in the cap for a player. Or is that only for Inglis and Souths?

  4. Ha ha good luck finding any team paying 700k for him. Unfortunately his body has had enough and can’t take it anymore. Was a great player but since his Manly days he has been busted way too often. ESL champion

  5. If only we could trade him for two hard running props & Craig Bellamy only thing that can save the dogs maybe!!
