The Sydney Roosters have announced the re-signing of second rower Victor Radley on a four-year extension, tying him to the club until the end of 2023.

"There are no words for how proud I am to represent the Roosters, I just love the Club," Radley told roosters.com.au.

The 20-year old has impressed this season with his hard-hitting game style, and has played 17 NRL games to date.

He was contracted to come out of contract at the end of next season, but the Roosters were keen to keep him off the market by locking him away with a longer deal.

Recruitment manager Adam Hartigan was thrilled to re-sign a player of Radley's calibre.

"Victor is an instinctive footballer with an outstanding work ethic. His enthusiasm is infectious and just as importantly, he is a good man away from the field," he said.

"With his best football still ahead of him, its great news for the Roosters to have Victor locked in to the Club's long-term plans."
