Canterbury five-eighth Kieran Foran is set to miss the entire 2020 season after undergoing surgery on his shoulder on Tuesday.
Foran was scheduled to only need six months off following the surgery, however, Tuesday's surgery revealed extra damage to his should that will require another operation later this month.
The 29-year-old will now be sidelined for the next 9-12 months, putting his 2020 campaign in doubt.
Foran played 14 matches for the Bulldogs in 2019.
lol poor bulldogs fans. Why on earth would you have signed someone so injury prone in the first place?
How has no doctor medically retired Foran yet best case scenario for both club and player
Needs to retire for the sake of his future wellbeing.
So glad he and watmough left manly when they did. Two of the biggest dud buys in recent times.
