Manly hoooker Apisai Koroisau will return to the Penrith Panthers on a three-year deal, beginning in 2020.

The 26-year old played 16 games at Penrith in 2015 before crossing to the Sea Eagles, where he has spent the last four seasons.

The deal ties him to the Panthers until at least the end of 2022.

Panthers coach Ivan Cleary was "thrilled" to see Koroisau make his way back to the club.

“I’m thrilled that we’ve been able to bring Api back to the club,” Cleary told the club website.

“I had a high opinion of Api when I coached him previously and his game has only continued to develop in recent years.

“He’s a man of good character and will provide valuable experience and leadership for our young squad moving forward.”

  1. Great news. He will add an extra spark, and he will provide invaluable experience, and he will help guide Mitchell Kennedy and Wyade Egan.

  2. Poor bulldogs probably should have signed Reece Robson when they had the chance. At least there are a few potentially good options available players like Billy Brittain, Matt Parcell, Daniel Levi and Joe Lovodua would all fill the void at hooker and probably deserve at least a full season to see what they got.

  3. Who’s this Daffy…
Always just looking to have a go at the Panthers.
Another one of Woodheads log in names most likely.
Good on you Api.. Gives Penrith a good attacking hooker & someone for Kenny to share the position with & learn from.

  4. Maybe they won’t be the most penalised team in the competition next year. As they have been for two years straight. That would sure help in performances.
How about them getting the least amount of penalties against them next year. Dare to dream!
Front2Back.. Weren’t your feather dusters last ,,the last time they were the most penalised team for the year?

  5. You didn’t answer the question Backster.
Did you mean to write , ‘ I suppose this will be etc ‘? At least get your insults right.
The Nuggies 5 year plan. Buy all the best players around & hide the brown paper bags behind the player managers? Nothing to see here !
If Cheating the caps a sport , your team is truly ‘ World Champions ‘ !
They can put that up on a Billboard in Anerica!

  6. Hahahahahaha why are you so jealous panthersgirl18?

I hope you enjoyed 2003 because you will NEVER see the pink panthers come close to winning another premiership in your lifetime.
