St George Illawarra forward Jack de Belin has failed in his bid to have his dangerous contact charge overturned by the NRL match review committee.
De Belin was hit with the Grade 1 dangerous contact charge for his tackle on Parramatta forward Kenny Edwards in Sunday's loss to the Eels.
The guilty verdict means the Dragons forward will miss one game and hasย 75 carryover points.
