  1. Good win by eels. Broncos were pathetic though- Zero intensity from them. So many situations where players were just standing and watching their team mates trying to wrestle an eels player to the ground when they should have jumped in there and helped.

  2. The Broncos can be fantastic & thrash teams . Yet they throw in efforts like the last two weeks.
Maybe it’s the SOO time affecting them , with so many young players there?
However, they still have a problem in the halves. No one is consistently leading the team around the field well enough.

  3. When your captain is disinterested to the point that he does not want to tackle or be tackled AND he’s on massive coin, it is not surprising the other players’ attitudes can waiver. He is a Bennett charity case just like Roberts. There are also a few players in this comp like Milford Taylor & Moses who are on big $ and should not be. Team mates busting their guts are not going to put up with these Prima donnas for long.

  4. Hit the nail on the head WA DRAGON, absolutely pathetic performance from the Broncos. We are dealing with a ‘Bennett’ hangover, as you say with the charity cases currently running around. My missus had a go at me because I was pi77ed off and bagging the Broncos out for their performance, but I have been a season ticket holder for almost 15 years and don’t pay good money to watch the crap dished up last night.
Siebs needs to move on a few more players, starting with captain pea heart, because we will never achieve anything as long as he is captain and fullback! Worst thing is I believe that he has a 2 year option in his favour (thanks Wayne) but they should just let him languish in QCup. I don’t mind my team getting beaten, as long as they have a crack and that simply is not happening at the moment.

  5. The Broncos efforts have been pathetic this season lack of intensity, leadership, desire & hunger to compete in every play. What frustrates me the most is that coaches get sacked for poor results but yet the Broncos players perform like they have in the last 2 week’s & still get paid & than demand more $$$$…. that’s the way there playing “why put the effort in when we still get paid” only bloke that deserves his coin is Matt lodge at least you can see his efforts. Siebs need to get hard with this group & change there attitude because this season is about done if not already done.
