Canterbury are looking to throw $2 million dollars over three years at Dylan Napa for next season and also West Tigers hooker Jacob Liddle for the 2020 season which has made the Tigers interested in Damien Cook, according to SMH.

With David Klemmer set to go to Newcastle, the Bulldogs have been linked to many front rowers in the league but Napa is their main priority.

Napa is at the Roosters till the end of 2019 and is currently on an overseas trip in the off season break. He is a valued member of the reigning premiers as they want him to stay a Rooster. But, if Napa can't secure a long term deal that can set him up for life, then the prop is set to leave.

NSW teammate Mitchell Pearce has talked to Klemmer about teaming up at the Knights as he would become the second Kangaroos player to join the club after Darius Boyd. Both parties are hoping that the deals can get done before pre season training.

Bulldogs are also looking to sign Liddle as a long term hooker. Liddle was meant to be Farah's replacement at the Tigers but with the return of Farah to the club have stopped him from doing that.

If the Tigers lose both Farah and Liddle, they will be going into next season's market looking for a new hooker. Damien Cook has been linked with the club as he has a great relationship with newly appointed coach Michael Maguire.

Cook is wanting four million over five years to remain a Rabbitoh. He is a star who is on a modest salary next season. He currently holds the Kangaroos No. 9 jersey which was held by Australian great Cameron Smith.

The Bulldogs are also in talks with Ofahiki Ogden on a new two year deal.
