The futures of Wayne Bennett and Anthony Seibold are expected to be revolved by the end of the week, as reported by Fox Sports.

The pair are set to switch places for the 2020 season, but there is a growing feeling that they will do so ahead of the 2019 campaign.

Bennett will meet senior Broncos officials when he returns from the UK later in the week to discuss whether or not he will see out the final year of his deal at Red Hill.

Seibold has been stuck in limbo at South Sydney's pre-season training while Bennett has coached England to a 2-1 series win over New Zealand.

Bennett ensured the Broncos playing group he would return to coach them next season prior to leaving for the UK, hence his reluctance to prematurely cross to South Sydney.

The seven-time premiership mentor has made no contact with Broncos powerbrokers since the club's awards night, and it is understood that the Rabbitohs' preference is make the coaching trade immediately.
