14. Parramatta Eels: Bevan French

Anytime a rookie scores 19 tries in 13 games, they're going to be one of the most impressive stories to come out of that team.

French scored three hat-tricks including two in the finals two games, to finish off a remarkable season in an otherwise horror year for the Parramatta Eels Rugby League club.
