Cronulla Sharks forward Toby Rudolf is scheduled to face Sutherland Local Court on Thursday after allegedly dropping his pants and flashing his bare bum to a Sutherland Shire council worker in January this year.
The incident allegedly occurred during a heated argument when Rudolf was taking his two pet dogs for a walk near Gunnamatta Bay on January 11.
On July 2, police issued a Court Attendance Notice to Rudolf for behaving in an offensive manner in a public space.
Rudolf has not played for the Sharks since Round 15, when he suffered a knee ligament injury, but has recently been playing for the Sharks' feeder club, the Newtown Jets.

However, the 30-year-old recently signed a contract extension with the club, keeping him in the Shire until the end of the 2027 season after reportedly turning down a three-year deal from the Catalans Dragons in the Super League to stay in the NRL.
Today's court appearance is expected to be the first step in the legal process, with a Court Attendance Notice setting out the requirement for the accused to appear. The matter remains an allegation, and Rudolf has not been found guilty of any offence.
The Sharks have not yet commented on the situation.
