NRL veteran Jamie Soward joins the Zero Tackle team this week, as he gives us his selections for what should be a bumper round of rugby league action!

Soward played 215 games across 12 years in the NRL, running out for the Roosters and Panthers either side of a long stint with the Dragons.

The five-eighth won a premiership with St George Illawarra in 2010 and was named as the Dally M's Five-Eighth of the Year in 2009, as Soward was at the top of his game during the Dragons' best years.

He also won the Provan-Summons Medal as the fans' favourite in 2009, as Soward was an excitement machine for fans all over the NRL.

After finishing his career in 2016, Soward has since moved into the media, and now appears regularly on Fox Sports.

He also hosts a podcast called Sweet and Soward.
