The Sydney Roosters have announced the signing of outside back Reece Robinson.

Robinson joins the Club with immediate effect on a one-year contract which sees the 30-year-old make his return to rugby league after two seasons with Super Rugby franchise NSW Waratahs.

“Reece is a strong finisher with impressive footwork, and with over 100 NRL games under his belt, he will add some great depth to our squad,” said Roosters recruitment manager Adam Hartigan.

Prior to his two seasons with the Waratahs, Robinson played 116 NRL games matches with the Brisbane Broncos (2008), Canberra Raiders (2010-2014) and Parramatta Eels (2015), scoring 57 tries across the three clubs.

        • Too bad then your chooks spend 2 mill on 2 backs and used up all the money in their piggy bank! 😉

You do realise WoodChook if the Roosters sign Crichton with “theoretically” little wiggle room left in the salary cap it will be unequivocal proof that the chooks have no ceiling on their salary cap. The chooks can’t keep signing player on or around the $1 mill mark while only releasing players less than half that value and claim the players departing have freed up enough room under the cap. The numbers just don’t add up Foghorn Leghorn.

      • You have used those words before Kelpie. Perhaps you are just a pup but you really do need to work on your vocabulary if you ever hope to articulate an intelligent response.

    • Kev , it’s an awning, made of aluminium! But don’t stress mate there line up is garbage, Cronk is way past it , he doesn’t have the spine , both club or SOO anymore, he’s tired and spent will be hilarious watching Pearce and Newie smash em in 2018 😂😂😂
