The Newcastle Knights will roll out a strong side to face Cronulla in this Saturday's final trial match.
The game will be played in Maitland with Knights coach Nathan Brown naming an 18-man team to play.

Glasby at 13 suprises me . Maybe Browny wants to give him more game time, but I think Guerra has the job for round one. Sione at 4 is also a surprise, he gets beaten for pace in the centres and is now a dead set backrower. I think this team will be a bit different by round one . Strong lineup though, should be a good year barring many injuries.
I think this is a good team for round 1. Would only probably swap Guerra for Barnett and swap Ese’ese for Gavet.
I think Sione is in the centres covering for Hunt who has a slight injury at the moment. If he is right for round 1, Barnett would drop out I think.
