Max King's current contract at the Titans has taken another twist, with the forward now set to depart for the Storm once again.

This time however it seems for real, with The Courier-Mail suggesting he'll begin training with Melbourne this weekend.

King was originally slated to join the Storm last week on a two-and-a-half year deal, although the Titans called him back midway into his drive down to Melbourne.

Following injuries to Jai Arrow and Tyrone Peachey, the Titans called him back, but have now decided to change their mind once again.

King will now head back down to Melbourne, after receiving the go-ahead to move to the Storm on Friday morning.
