Jordan Rapana has re-signed with the Raiders for two more years, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2019 season.

Rapana made his debut for the Raiders in 2014, after past stints with the Gold Coast Titans and the Western Force in Super Rugby.  Having originally moved to Canberra to trial for the Brumbies, Rapana has now cemented himself as one of the best wingers in the NRL.

Speaking to the media today after the announcement of his re-signing, Rapana said it was easy decision to extend for two more years.

"I've found my home here now in Canberra. I love all the boys and we are coached by a wonderful coach," Rapana said.

"I love the club and the culture here is awesome. It's all worked out for me and I'm over the moon.

"I really feel like we've got a premiership in us very soon. Canberra is the place to be."

The bulk of the Raiders squad is now locked away for the next two years, and Rapana hopes his re-signing will keep the Raiders stars together for even longer, including his right-edge buddies Joey Leilua and Elliott Whitehead.

"Hopefully me re-signing keeps them here as well. It's awesome to play alongside them and hopefully we can continue to do so for the next few years. "If I'm staying here, I'm sure [Joey] will stay as well," Rapana said.
