James Donaldson has become the latest player to pledge his future to Hull KR for 2017.

The Mail revealed last week how the back rower was set to stay at the Robins despite rumoured talks with several NRL clubs, including Parramatta Eels and Newcastle Knights.

Currently away on holiday in Australia, Donaldson has been discussing his future with his agent, who is based Down Under.

Handed a new one-year deal earlier this year, with a further season in his favour, it has been confirmed that the 25-year-old will remain at the Lightstream Stadium under Tim Sheens next year.
