Canberra forward Joseph Tapine will miss New Zealand's first Test against Australia on October 25 after he pleaded guilty to a high tackle charge.

In the 13th minute of the premiership decider, Tapine collected Roosters lock Victor Radley high and was penalized for the action.

He has received a one-game ban along with 90 carryover points.

Tapine will be free to play Great Britain on November 2.
