St George Illawarra prop Jack de Belin has been hit with another criminal charge relating to his alleged rape of a woman back in December 2018.

The fresh charge is one count of assault occasioning bodily harm, after the incident with the 19-year-old woman.

The charge was laid on de Belin after detectives met with the Dragons' lawyer earlier this week.

De Belin now faces a total of four charges, after he was hit with two additional counts of aggravated sexual assault in company back in May.

The new charge will be heard in Wollongong Local Court in July.

  4. Gotta say that things are looking bad for DeBelin. The police don’t add charges like this unless they think they have real evidence. Can’t see him winning his appeal to play either.

  9. Not surprisingly Brissydragon’s “absence” coincides with the merged venture’s early slide from finals contention this year. Having nothing kinda limits the options for constructive discussion however that hasn’t stopped him/her in the past. No doubt still lurking in the background waiting to chime in with another classy insult………
