Promising Kiwi utility Dallin Watene-Zelezniak will reportedly be tied down by the Penrith Panthers.

Fox Sports report that Watene-Zelezniak will sign a two-year contract extension with the Panthers, which will keep him with club until the end of 2019.

Penrith have already announced the re-signing of 22-year-old Fijian back Waqa Blake this week, with Watene-Zelezniak expected to be the next player they keep on.

2016 has been a breakthrough year for Watene-Zelezniak, who earned his first Kiwis call-up for the Anzac test in May.
