Just a day after losing Kaysa Pritchard for the rest of the year, the Eels have been dealt another blow with co-captain Beau Scott to undergo season-ending surgery.

Scott was forced from the field in the second half of the Eels 24-10 win over the Dragons. Scans have since revealed a ruptured bicep and Scott will now undergo season-ending surgery.

Yesterday, the club revealed that hooker Pritchard would also miss the rest of the season after suffering a knee injury in the same game.
