New Zealand Warriors centre Adam Pompey has been told he can leave the club and seek offers from other clubs.
Currently, the 28-year-old is contracted until the end of the 2027 season.
Pompey has been in and out of the first-grade side, featuring on the bench in their latest match against the Newcastle Knights.
He has made 15 appearances this season compared to 25 last season.
According to Love Rugby League, Pompey's services have been offered to Super League clubs after his management reached out to confirm he is on the open market.
At this stage, three clubs have been made aware of the centre's availability.
The New Zealand Warriors have emphasised a younger backline in their latest recruitment.
Roger Tuivasa-Sheck signed a deal to join Wakefield Trinity next season. Since then, the Warriors have signed Will Warbrick from the Melbourne Storm and Brisbane Broncos centre Grant Anderson in a swap for Mitch Barnett.
Pompey joined the club in the 2018-19 off-season after spending 2017 and 2018 with the Sydney Roosters.
Since then, he has played 134 NRL games all for the Warriors, making a strong impression on the club during the COVID period in 2020 and 2021.
The Wesley College First XV rugby union star has also developed a goal-kicking ability, converting 15 goals at 75% efficiency in 2026.
In the Super League, Huddersfield Giants could make a play for the NRL centre after Jacob Gagai has reportedly signed a deal to join Sam Burgess' Warrington Wolves.
York Knights are also in the market for a centre, given their increased budget.
The club recently announced the signing of Cameron McInnes, who will leave the Cronulla Sharks after the finals campaign.
Reports from ESPN revealed that the York Knights have agreed to a three-year deal with Blake Lawrie from the St George Illawarra Dragons.
Hull KR could also be in play for Pompey's services amid the uncertain future of Joe Burgess.
This season, Pompey has scored four tries and line breaks, made six try assists and 26 tackle breaks, while averaging 111 run metres per game.
Adam Pompey has been named in the Warriors' last match of the season on the wing to play against the Manly Sea Eagles.
The Warriors hope to claim a minor premiership before the start of the finals next week, although that will depend on the result of the Penrith Panthers match against the Wests Tigers.
