Manly fullback Tom Trbojevic has suffered a sickening injury in the Sea Eagles 24-14 loss to Brisbane Broncos.
Early reports suggest Trbojevic has suffered both knee and ankle injuries and a stint on the sidelines seems unavoidable.
While attempting to field a high bouncing ball from a kick, Trbojevic was tackled by Broncos winger David Mead and landed awkwardly. In obvious pain, he was then assisted from the field with the help of a number of trainers.

Trbojevic has been in outstanding form and any time spent on the sidelines will be a massive blow for Manly. Trbojevic's form also had him in line for a State of Origin debut but that now might be jeopardy.

Trbojevic will go for scans when the Sea Eagles return to Sydney.
