Samoa name squad for Pacific Test against Tonga

Samoa coach Matt Parish has named his squad for Saturday's Pacific Test against Mate Ma'a Tonga at Campbelltown Stadium.

The New Zealand Kiwis named their squad earlier today for the Test Match against England in Denver which has decimated the Samoan player stocks.

Leeson Ah Mau, Raymond Faitala-Mariner, Herman Ese'ese, Ken Maumalo, Isaac Liu and Martin Taupau are all eligible to play for Samoa but will instead lineup for New Zealand.

Jamayne Isaako was also on the selection radar for the Samoan squad but he too has been selected in a new look New Zealand side.

Samoa will take on Tonga at Campbelltown Stadium as part of a double-header which also features Fiji taking on Papua New Guinea.
