Canberra forward Charlie Gubb and Gold Coast's Origin star Jarrod Wallace could both miss one game through suspension after the pair were charged by the match review committee following the two Friday night games.

Gubb was slapped with a grade two dangerous contact charge over a tackle on Panthers halfback Nathan Cleary, and could accept a one-match ban if he takes the early guilty plea.

He could miss two match if he fights the charge.

If Wallace pleads guilty to a grad one dangerous contact charge, he too could miss one week, with his carryover points pushing him over the 100-point level.

South Sydney's Jason Clark was also cited by the match review committee, but he can avoid a suspension for making dangerous contact with Gold Coast's Ash Taylor with an early plea.
