The Sydney Roosters have announced that high-flying winger Daniel Tupou has signed an extension for a further four years, keeping him at the club until at least the end of 2021.

โ€œDaniel is a highly-valued contributor to our team,โ€ said Roosters Head Coach, Trent Robinson.

โ€œโ€™Toupsโ€™ has an outstanding work ethic and holds himself accountable, and away from footy, heโ€™s a great man and mentor to the younger members of our squad, so itโ€™s great to know that he will continue to be part of our team for at least the next four years.โ€

26-year-old Tupou, who made his NRL debut with the Roosters in 2012, was ecstatic to re-commit to the Club.

โ€œEvery chance I get to represent the Roosters is a special one,โ€ said Tupou.

โ€œRobbo and the coaches have taught me so much and Iโ€™m proud to be part of the team here, so Iโ€™m stoked to extend with the Club,โ€ he added.
