Heading into the pointy end of the 2018 NRL Telstra Premiership season, there are still some massive players yet to decide their future in rugby league.

1. Cameron Smith - Melbourne Storm

It's strange saying the legend that is Cameron Smith is out of a contract come seasons end, but the Melbourne Storm are already in negotiations to extend the champions contract.

At 35 years of age, Smith has accomplished all there is to achieve in the game, but continues to have the passion and drive to better himself and give his all for the Storm.

Wanting to remain a one-club player, Smith is likely to re-sign with the Storm, the question is for how long. Given the hookers recent form, Smith could be around for more years to come.
