There are no longer any unbeaten teams in this 2018 NRL season as the Warriors beat the Dragons in Auckland last week to go joint top of the ladder with the Sydney side. Both teams face tricky looking fixtures in Round 8, so it will be interesting to see how things turn out this weekend as the ladder begins to take shape.

Here, weโ€™ll be looking into how those that have made their tips for this week at Superbru see each Round 8 fixture unfolding. In Round 7, the average Superbru player managed to correctly tip 50% of the matches, with the Wests Tigersโ€™ defeat to the Knights and the Sharksโ€™ win over the Panthers two of the biggest upsets. Hereโ€™s how the crowd have tipped this weekโ€™s matches thus far - there are a fair few tight games:

Dragons vs. Roosters

82% of players to have already saved their Superbru tips believe the Dragons will immediately return to winning ways against the Roosters on Wednesday. The average overall margin tip is relatively slim at 5.8, but both the community percentage and either sideโ€™s season win records so far suggest this should be a home win.

Storm vs. Warriors

Perhaps the hardest match to call of Round 8, the Melbourne Storm host the NZ Warriors as they look to continue repairing their season. After only winning two of their opening five, the Storm have now managed back-to-back victories over the Knights and the Broncos meaning confidence should be high despite the impressive record their NZ opposition have (6-1). As it stands, 56% of player expect the Storm to get the job done.

Rabbitohs vs. Broncos

The inconsistency the Broncos have shown this season has had an effect on the number of people tipping them as 74% expect the Rabbitohs to win this one with the average overall tip sitting at Rabbitohs by four.

Sea Eagles vs. Knights

Manly have now lost three on the bounce and head into this game to face a Newcastle side that pinched a surprise win over the Wests Tigers last time out. 61% of players expect the Knights to build on that victory and make it four losses from four for the Sea Eagles.

Panthers vs. Bulldogs

The Panthers are going nicely so far this season, winning five out of seven and their two losses were only by two and four points respectively. They come up against the Bulldogs in Penrith this Friday and 93% of players expect the Panthers to gain their sixth victory of the campaign.

Titans vs. Sharks

Currently, this is the most evenly poised Round Eight fixture in terms of Superbru tips. Both sides have won three out of seven so far, and the slight majority expect it to be the Sharks that improve their record in this clash. 55% have tipped the away side.

Cowboys vs. Raiders

Another meeting between two sides with identical records, 83% of players expect the Cowboys to gain their third win of the campaign against the Raiders and build on last weekโ€™s 12-point victory over the Titans.

Eels vs. Wests Tigers

The Eels finally managed a first win of the season last week as they defeated Manly by 34 at home. Theyโ€™ll be playing in the same stadium again this week as they host the Wests Tigers who are 5-2 so far. Itโ€™s no surprise to see 81% of players currently tipping the visitors, but could back-to-back Eels wins be on the cards? Make sure you submit your own tips at Superbru now that you know which way the community is leaning for each game!
