Gold Coast forward Jai Arrow will test the market before deciding on where he'll play in 2021, with the club allowing his management to look at rival offers.

Usually, opposition clubs wouldn't be allowed to approach Arrow until November 1, although the Titans have let his management look at their offers, in a bid to speed up the process.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, those rival offers will come from Wests Tigers, Cronulla, Canterbury, Newcastle and Parramatta.

The Titans remain confident Arrow will re-sign with the club, with the Origin forward repeatedly signalling his intent to stay in recent times.

The 24-year-old has a four-year deal on the table from the Titans, and Gold Coast's executive chairman Dennis Watt believes it's one he'll accept.

“We’re absolutely determined to keep him but clearly he’s had a lot of interest from other clubs,” Watt told AAP.

“His manager wants him to test the market but, as I said, we’re absolutely determined to keep him here and he’s made it clear he wants to stay here as well.

“It’s an important contract and decision in his life but the thought was for his sake and for the club’s sake we just wanted to fast-track the whole process so it’s all behind him going into the new season.”

  1. How can Cronulla be trying to buy him? When they’ll still have to release more of their current squad to remain salary cap compliant
You couldn’t see any offer from them being near what other clubs will have to offer.
In the end, he wants to stay on the Gold Coast. So aren’t they all just pushing his price up?
